Please could you assist in Rob's absence

 

I am completing an investigation tomorrow around a potential to failure to follow the Telephone Payment policy

Please can you send me over dates for when Darren Hoole BS Bournemouth completed the Chargeback Fraud training and any other relevant training.

Sorry for the short notice but as the investigation is tomorrow I need the detail today
