Sophie bit every bit of food to make sure they hadn't accidently put a real, edible item in the box!

Nanny, Granddad, Darrol, Jodie and Lola joined us for Christmas Day at ours.

Sophie was thoroughly spoilt with a rather "Minnie" theme!

Postnatal Xmas Bash

 

 

Our Postnatal group had it's Xmas get together today.  All 12 babes were there (though only 10 fit it the pic!) and had all grown up so much! Sophie loved the air blowers and the slide. Secret Santa gave her a giggling, wiggling dolly - A little bit freaky! In the group pic are from left Holly, Tommy, William, Fin, Zander, Sophie, Jemima, Grace, Lawrence and Evie. Macy and Lois are at either end.

stickers which we found everywhere for the rest of the day!

W/C 12/11/12 we hired a cottage in Gurney Slade, nr Wells with Uncle Wayne & Auntie Tina. We had a fab time in Wookey Hole, Street shopping village, Cheddar Gorge and Wells Carnival until we got soaked!

Dinner in the new caravan

We took the caravan out his weekend to test it in the gales and torrential
rain. We were very cosy and no major problems! Sophie loved peeping
round the curtain of her very own bedroom!

I haven't put any pics on here for a while so here are some from this week. Sophie loving dipping bread into tomato soup, and finding her favourite thing in the world - blueberries!

Day out in Swanage

We took the steam train from Norden to Swanage today (in the rain!!) Then had fish and chips followed by 2p machines at the arcade. All rounded off with a great time at the fairground and the steam train back again. Sophie spent the whole trip singing Choo Choo!

Visit to Longleat

We visited Longleat Safari Park today on the hottest day of the year. Sophie absolutely loved all the animals especially the Meerkats and Tigers.  She even touched a Python while Mummy watched from afar!...very!

Luvly Lunch!

We went for a lovely lunch at Smith & Wessons at Tilgate Park with Richard, Nina, Ellie & Harry, and Mum & Dad too on Sunday before a leisurely walk round the park to enjoy the sunshine.  It was a really nice family day.

Seaside trip

Granny and Granddad took Sophie for her first trip(when sunny!) to the seaside yesterday while Mummy and Daddy went to a friends wedding.  Looks like she had a great time! It was a family afair for Great Uncle Dave's birthday at Avonbeach.

What a difference a day makes!!

The day after the Christening, we took advantage of the sunshine to visit Honeybrook Farm, Wimborne with Wayne and Tina where Sophie met the lambs! She also loved the pigs, cows, turkeys, rabbits, donkeys, ducks....everything actually! Might have to invest in season tickets here!

Sophie's Christening 29.04.2012

Sophie was christened at St James' Church, Alderholt on Sunday 29th April 2012 with a lovely 'do' in the church hall afterwards.  Vicar Phillip Martin conducted the service whilst visiting priest Louise Horlock did the actual baptism. Richard and Nina and Wayne and Tina are now Godparents to Sophie.
